How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who contacts Struckdelay Windows & Siding should get fair and honest treatment. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Topics We Handle
You can write to us about:
- Your experience calling or contacting Struckdelay Windows & Siding
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, pricing, work, warranties, and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your home, start by raising it with the provider directly. Keep a written record.
Still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Note that Struckdelay Windows & Siding cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, handle warranty claims, or decide anything for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@struckdelay.world and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if known
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want
After You Write
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will review the matter, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
Reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For contractor issues, a state or local contractor licensing board may also help.
